The last year has stressed every aspect of the food supply chain, as well as revealing new preferences in consumer tastes. Speakers will talk about trends globally, as well as the view of the food and beverage industry from St. Louis and the future of the market. We know AB Mauri by its signature product, Fleishman’s Yeast. Around the world, AB Mauri operates 52 plants in 32 countries with sales in more than 100 countries, offering yeast and a range of commercial baking products. Rick Oleshak, vice president of marketing for AB Mauri North America. He’ll be joined by Jeff Stevens, founder of Wellbeing Brewing Company. The Wellbeing Brewing Company is the country’s very first brewery solely dedicated to brewing Non-Alcoholic Craft Beer, founded in St. Louis and now carried across the country.

Rick Oleshak
Rick Oleshak is currently vice president of marketing for AB Mauri North America and leads the brand marketing strategy and development process for the company. He joined AB Mauri in January 2014 after spending more than 13 years with Anheuser-Busch InBev in both marketing and public relations. At Anheuser-Busch, Oleshak was the director of the Stella Artois, Hoegaarden and Leffe brand teams in the United States. He led and championed the brand creative development process, advertising, packaging and communications for the Belgian beer lineup and several other prominent brands including Michelob ULTRA, Landshark, Rolling Rock, Grolsch and O’Doul’s.

Jeff Stevens
Born and raised in the wilds of Colorado, Jeff wanted to grow up and be a headline musician that could consistently sell out three straight nights at Red Rocks Amphitheatre. Unfortunately he can’t sing. Nor did he learn how to play guitar. So like all good creative types who can’t sing, play guitar and didn’t go to film school, a series of “real” jobs were forced upon him…Cub Reporter, Salesmen, Music Gofer, Buffet Pirate, Inmate…eventually leading to a gig as an agency creative director and he’s been in love with making ideas ever since.

For years, he worked on all kinds of beer and spirits brands. Which was ironic since he quit drinking after realizing he and booze were never going to have a successful relationship. One thing became clear – people who don’t drink alcohol are an industry afterthought. To correct this injustice, he founded WellBeing Brewing Company in 2016, solely dedicated to brewing the finest Non Alcoholic Craft beer.
